JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Plan control and evaluate the daily production as per production plan
Ensure new material to be used should meet the desired quality
Ensure Production Plan is drafted as per demand set off by supply chain, periodic adjustments as & when required.
Ensure the quality of production at plant (zero off-spec batches will a key KPI for this position)
Responsible for any debottlenecking at plant w.r.t new modifications executed at site
Ensuring Health, Safety and Environment activities in plant premises.
Generating and maintaining different reports and analysis with regards to plant and production
Liaison with supply chain, purchase & maintenance departments in lieu with machines maintenance & material availability for production run

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

B.Sc. Chemical Engineering or M.Sc. Chemistry

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE & Age:

Min 10 Years experience is required (purely in Chemicals production only)
Age Required 25 - 40 years
