We now source, buy, sell, rent, fund, and package residential property investments for ourselves and our accredited investors, also known as Property Sauce Partners.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Property Sauce in Faisalabad. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
Customer Service and Customer Experience expertise
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent command of the English language and must be fluent in English.
Problem-solving abilities and attentiveness to customer needs

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or a related field.
Minimum of 1 or 3 years of experience in a customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively.
Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
