HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT
- Monitoring and follow-up of Corporate Services Faults with regional technical support teams on a daily, weekly & monthly basis, along with escalation to higher management as required to keep Technical MTTR in check.
- Performing RCA on prolonged & repeated faults to improve MTTR
- Responsible for co-ordination among regional offices in the domain of Corporate Technical Operations for compilation of operational data, various performance & inventory trackers related to Corporate Support
- Proposing and implementing IT based solutions to improve reporting & analysis including but not limited to creation of new automated reports, automation of dashboards, introduction of new functionality as well as responsible for implementation of changes in existing system.
- Drafting of Zonal & regional performance reports on monthly and annual basis.
- Preparing business cases for procurement of spare parts and hiring of additional resources to improve O&M activities.
- Proposing improvement in existing processes for improvement in operational efficiency of Corporate Operations.
- Any Other Projects Assigned by the Supervisor.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
1. Qualification
- Professional degree in Electrical, Telecom, CS, Software Engineering, from a well reputed institution
2. Experience
- Related experience in the same field will be preferred
3. Competencies
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, counseling, and negotiation skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Excellent leadership skills.
