We are seeking a skilled Finance Manager with a strong background in audit to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the internal audit process, including planning, executing, and reporting.
- Develop and implement audit policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify areas of financial risk or control deficiencies.
- Collaborate with external auditors to coordinate audit activities and provide necessary information and documentation.
- Review and analyze financial statements, ensuring they reflect accurate and complete information.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of internal controls, recommending improvements as needed.
- Provide guidance and support to the finance team on accounting and auditing issues.
- Prepare audit reports and present findings to senior management and the board of directors.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in accounting and auditing standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA, CA, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Proven experience in a finance or audit role, preferably within a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, internal controls, and audit processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in leading internal audit functions or working with external auditors.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
