We are seeking a motivated individual to join the Customer Sales Agent outbound call team, specializing in the trucking industry. This is a full-time on-site role where you will be responsible for promoting and selling dispatching services to trucking companies and private drivers. Our primary goal will be to generate leads and maintain strong client relationships. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a proven sales background, and can work independently in a fast-paced setting. Previous experience in the trucking industry is an advantage but not necessary. This is a full-time on-site role and you will be responsible for driving sales, building relations and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Identify and reach out to potential clients in the trucking industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Understand client's needs and offer tailored dispatch solutions.
Track sales performance and report on metrics
Stay updated on company trends and competitors.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach
Proven experience in sales or a related field is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Shift timings: 5 PM - 2 AM ( Night Shift )

Salary Package: 18000-25000 + commission
