We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, has a knack for organization, and is eager to learn and grow. While this role focuses primarily on administrative support and content creation, there will also be opportunities to contribute to sales and SEO initiatives as needed. Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Support:

Manage invoicing and basic financial tasks.
Organize and maintain documentation and workflow processes.
Handle scheduling, correspondence, and other administrative tasks.

2. Sales Support:

Assist with outreach campaigns via email and social media.
Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions to support sales initiatives.

Open-minded, innovative, and not afraid to suggest improvements.
Ambitious and eager to grow, with a strong interest in IT or related fields.

Requirements

1-3 Years of experience in administrative tasks and organizational processes.
Excellent communication skills and fluent English; additional European languages are a bonus.
Adaptable, open to feedback, and a quick learner.
Willingness to work the evening shift from 12 PM to 8 PM Pakistan Standard Time.
Availability for meetings and active on Slack during work hours.
Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) are off.
Full-time placement with opportunities for quick increments based on performance.
