We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Telemarketing Agent to join our call center team. As a Telemarketing Agent, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, building customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell services
  • Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of telemarketing or sales experience

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
