We are looking for an IT Administrator to join our team and provide technical support to our employees.
The IT Administrator will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues, managing our network infrastructure, and ensuring our IT systems are up-to-date.
The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills and a thorough understanding of information technology, including hardware, software, and networking.
IT Administrator Duties and Responsibilities
• Monitor network performance and maintain network security
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues reported by users
• Manage user accounts, access rights, and security settings
• Ensure the availability of network resources and services, regularly keeping a check on Internet speed and dealing with providers.
• Install and configure network hardware, such as routers and switches
• UPS maintenance and electricity management and Generators and fuel management
• Ac maintenance
• Managing router and adding Proxy and making sure that all in in control
• Monitor system performance and security logs
• Operating system (Windows/Linux/Ubuntu) Installation,
• Computer Hardware & Software Troubleshooting,
• Networking Maintenance,
• DVR & Cameras maintenance and settings,
• Allocation of IT Equipment (Laptops, Mobile phones, SIM cards etc),
• Email IDs Management,
• Bio-Metric Machine configuration & Maintenance,
• Any duty assigned by management
• Work with vendors to resolve technical issues
Requirements and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience working in IT
• Proficient in Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems
• Knowledge of network protocols, such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
• Experience with network hardware, such as routers and switches
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
