Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Project Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team at RA Empire Pvt Ltd. As a Project Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our real estate properties to prospective clients. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and a proven track record in sales.

Responsibilities:

Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Understand client needs and provide appropriate property recommendations to meet their requirements.
Conduct property viewings and guide clients through the sales process, including negotiation and closing deals.
Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to foster long-term business partnerships.
Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the sales team.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a proven track record in achieving sales goals.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed.
