Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create and manage shipping labels for international shipments.
  2. Ensure accuracy and compliance with shipping regulations and requirements.
  3. Coordinate with the shipping department to ensure timely and correct dispatch of shipments.
  4. Maintain detailed and accurate records of shipping labels and related documentation.
  5. Communicate with carriers and logistics partners to resolve any issues related to shipping labels.
  6. Assist in tracking shipments and updating status in the system.
  7. Continuously improve processes for creating and managing shipping labels.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in creating shipping labels, preferably for international shipments.
  2. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  3. Good communication skills.
  4. Good typing skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Proficiency in using shipping software and tools.
  7. Knowledge of international shipping regulations and requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience in the logistics or shipping industry.
  2. Familiarity with various carriers and their shipping label requirements.
  3. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
