Listening and documenting customers’ queries and assigning repair work to the technicians.
Answering questions about service outcomes (after consulting with the mechanic if necessary)
Liaising with customers and mechanics to schedule service repairs.
Providing consultation to customers about warranty.
Estimating car repair costs and the time it will take for repairs to be completed.
Finding new customers and marketing the dealership services to them.
Confirm repairs have been done correctly.
Resolving possible customer complaints.
