We’re looking for a Senior Business Development Executive

Responsibilities:

Lead strategy and business growth on Upwork.
Identify and convert potential clients into long-term partnerships.
Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients.
Proven track record of hitting sales targets on Upwork.
Experience Required: 3+ years in Upwork sales/business development.

Requirements:

Strong experience in Upwork sales and business development.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to write compelling proposals that convert leads into clients.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Familiarity with Upwork’s platform and algorithms is a plus.
