Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, calls, and messages.
Engage with leads generated through paid campaigns, influencer marketing, and digital platforms.
Conduct outbound calls or messages to follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
Understand customer needs, recommend suitable services/products, and close deals effectively.
Maintain CRM records with lead status, communications, and follow-up actions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback and improve lead quality and conversion.
Provide post-sale support and ensure a smooth onboarding experience when necessary.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales or customer support (experience in digital tools or crypto/tech is a plus).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Urdu).
Confidence in handling outbound calls and closing sales deals.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented mindset.
