We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive new client acquisitions and expand our IT Support Services business. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, experience in IT services, and a proven ability to generate and close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Sales: Identify and reach out to potential clients needing IT support services, including SMEs, corporations, and government organizations.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (CEOs, IT Managers, Procurement Heads).
  • Proposal & Contract Management: Prepare compelling business proposals, presentations, and negotiate contracts to close deals.
  •  Market Research: Analyze industry trends and competitors to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Networking & Partnerships: Attend IT expos, business networking events, and leverage LinkedIn to expand the company’s reach.
  • Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed sales targets by selling IT support solutions such as managed IT services, cloud support, cybersecurity, and on-site IT support.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams to align services with client needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or IT service sales.
  • Strong understanding of IT support services (Managed IT, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Helpdesk).
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
  •  Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  •  Proficiency in CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and MS Office.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the IT industry or technology sales.
  • Familiarity with local business networks and government procurement processes.
  • Existing client portfolio in relevant industries is a plus.
