We are seeking a skilled Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads Manager to create, optimize, and manage paid advertising campaigns for our online gold-plated artificial wedding jewelry brand, based in Lahore, Pakistan. The primary objective of this role is to increase brand visibility, drive targeted traffic, and boost online sales, all while adhering to our allocated budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Planning: Develop ad strategies focused on generating engagement, conversions, and sales for bridal and wedding jewelry collections.
  • Ad Creation: Design, launch, and optimize highly effective ad campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, including carousel, video, and dynamic ads.
  • Audience Targeting: Utilize advanced targeting options (interest-based, custom, and lookalike audiences) to reach brides, wedding planners, and gift buyers in Pakistan and beyond.
  • Performance Monitoring: Continuously track KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates. Make data-driven decisions to refine campaigns.
  • Budget Management: Optimize ad spending to maximize performance within the assigned budget.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct split testing on creatives, ad copy, and placements to improve ad performance.
  • Reporting: Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights to guide future strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads, preferably for fashion, jewelry, or e-commerce brands.
  • Familiarity with the wedding market and consumer behavior in Pakistan.
  • Ability to manage budgets efficiently to achieve maximum returns.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and related tools.
  • Creative mindset with a focus on visual aesthetics and ad copy.
