We are seeking energetic and creative individuals to join our team as Marketing Content Creators for an exciting new fertilizer campaign. The role involves creating engaging video interviews, developing compelling content, and executing social media marketing strategies. The ideal candidates should possess skills in graphics designing, content creation, video editing, and social media marketing, without any specific educational requirements. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact through innovative marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Production:
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video interviews with fertilizer dealers.
- Ensure all video content aligns with the campaign’s goals and brand identity.
- Use creative storytelling techniques to engage the target audience.
Content Creation:
- Develop compelling content for various marketing materials including social media posts, blogs, and promotional videos.
- Design graphics and visual elements to enhance video and written content.
Social Media Marketing:
- Create and implement effective social media marketing strategies on platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Manage social media accounts, engage with followers, and analyze the performance of campaigns.
- Use social media tools and analytics to track engagement and optimize content.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align content with overall marketing strategy.
- Coordinate with fertilizer dealers and other stakeholders to schedule and conduct interviews.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in video production and editing.
Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
Solid understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
Creative mindset with excellent storytelling and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
No specific educational requirements; talent and experience are paramount.
