We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Construction Estimator & Quantity Surveyor to join our team as a Technical Assistant.

The ideal candidate will have experience in construction estimation, quantity surveying, and project scheduling. You will play a crucial role in supporting our project management and procurement processes by creating accurate project schedules, Gantt charts, and procurement databases.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform construction takeoffs and estimation for various projects.
Conduct quantity surveying to determine material requirements and costs.
Create and manage project schedules, ensuring timely project completion.
Develop Gantt charts to visualize project timelines and progress.
Generate and maintain a comprehensive procurement database.
Compile and organize detailed spec books for construction projects.

Skills Required:

Strong understanding of estimation and construction takeoffs.
Proficiency in quantity surveying and related software tools.
Experience in creating and managing project schedules.
Knowledge of Gantt charts and their application in project management.
Ability to generate and maintain procurement databases.
Experience in creating spec books and construction documentation.
