We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional Housekeeping Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of housekeeping operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise housekeeping staff, ensuring efficient and effective performance.
Oversee the procurement and management of groceries and household supplies.
Supervise and ensure the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall upkeep of the property.
Coordinate and manage general household tasks and operations.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment.
Train and mentor housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of service.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Handle any issues or complaints related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.
Manage schedules, assignments, and daily tasks for the housekeeping team.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree (required). A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management is preferred.
Experience: Prior experience in housekeeping management or a similar role is an advantage.
