We are looking for a Reporting Manager to oversee financial reporting, consolidation, and cash flow management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, exceptional analytical skills, and experience managing multi-regional financial operations. This role requires expertise in IFRS, financial planning, and compliance, with occasional travel to Dubai and Afghanistan.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports for management.
Consolidate financial data from multiple Business Units (BUs) for streamlined reporting.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with financial regulations.
Identify and highlight key risks, concerns, and discrepancies for corrective action.
Assist regional finance teams in cash flow management and optimization.
Maintain updated Group Cash Flow to ensure working capital requirements are met.
Review payments and budgets before final approval.
Conduct financial projections in collaboration with sales, project, and business teams.
Work with non-financial teams (Sales, Projects, and Business Managers) to provide financial insights.
Liaise with internal audit, compliance, and legal teams to address financial deficiencies.
Implement budgetary controls and align financial planning with business strategies.
Act as a bridge between management, finance, and operational teams across regions.
Support project and sales teams in meeting their financial KPIs.
Ensure compliance with consultancy agreements, payments, and HR policies.
