Reporting to: CEO/Director RADS

Research and Development Solutions (RADS) is a for-profit private sector research, technical assistance, surveys and monitoring organization working with government, donors, and NGO partners.

Position Objective:

Responsible for managing overall operations of the organization including Administration, Procurement, Human Resource Management. Operations Manager will be responsible for complete cycle of planning, implementation, supervision, monitoring, internal and external compliance of operations.

Responsibilities

Human Resource

Review, analyze and evaluate all HR operations for course correction
Responsible for overall resource planning and timely provision of human resources of all functions of the foundation.
Review all the policies/SOPs relevant to all the facets of operations on yearly basis and recommend changes.
Fully understand and comprehend all the organization policies and procedures, SOPs and program implementation methodologies and ensure their compliance/ implementation.

Admin & Procurement

Review, analyze and evaluate all administration and procurement operations for course correction.
Responsible for overall supervision of the administration and procurement section.
Ensure a transparent and effective procurement system.
Support and ensure administrative and logistic support to all program operations.

Compliance & Coordination

Lead coordination and integration of inter-operations departments and programs.
Ensure compliance of all regulatory bodies.
Responsible for effective implementation of policies and procedures related to administration & procurement and HR.
Ensure that all Finance, HR, Admin and procurement policies and SOPs are implemented.

Our Requirements.

Experience: 10-12 years of Operations and compliance and Admin, Procurement and Human Resource departments in the development sector,(NGOs) or Corporate sector.

Education: Master’s degree in Human Resource or Management will be preferred.

Location: On-site Islamabad/Rawalpindi based with travel as required

Advanced People management skills with Strong written and verbal communication skills
Personality Trait - Solutions and Results oriented and willing to work hard
Ability to function and build adaptive institutional systems in a growth environment
