We are seeking an experienced Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team! If you have a proven track record in social media strategy, content creation, and campaign optimization, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Manage and grow company profiles across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos) that aligns with brand identity.
- Monitor social media trends, engagement metrics, and analytics to optimize performance.
- Run and optimize paid social media campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce visually appealing and compelling marketing materials.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitors’ activities to refine marketing strategies.
- Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights for improvement.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Proven experience with paid advertising on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools) are a plus.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and optimize campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Must be comfortable working night shifts (US EST hours).
