Implement client's Global Brand Standards in the participating stores/marts
Implement merchandising standards and store layout
Implement operational excellence and maintain
Implement store check and balances, food safety standards, HACCP and HSSE
Identify Gaps in operations and imrove/implement processes
aintain active pool for potential store operators
Must be aware of store profitability, & expenses to discuss with operator on monthly basis
Responsible for commissioning site being added to the CR portfolio
Maintain store look & feel of the store
Lead relationship management with retailer, site operator, client's sales and category team
Coach site staff on merchandising & store operations excellence
Fill purchasing gaps by aligning with suppliers and making sure relevant stock is always available on stores
Effectively interact with relevant stakeholders and keep them updated
Excel data working
Strong communication skills
