You will play a pivotal role in overseeing the delivery of services, managing day-to-day operations, ensuring the seamless execution of client requests, and driving process improvements. Additionally, supporting City Lead in day-to-day operational duties. This position requires a proactive leader with a keen eye for operational efficiency and the ability to manage risks effectively.

Key Responsibilities

1. Service Delivery:

Oversee the progress of ongoing projects and services.
Address bottlenecks and challenges promptly.
Escalate critical concerns to senior management as necessary.

2. Operational Efficiency:

Identify inefficiencies and operational loopholes.
Propose and implement solutions to streamline processes.

3. Team Management:

Supervise, train, and mentor operations team members to ensure optimal performance.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Ensure team adherence to company policies and procedures.

4. Risk Management:

Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities within operations.
Develop and implement effective mitigation measures.

5. Accountability

Ensuring seamless service delivery to clients.
Maintaining high levels of operational efficiency.
Building and nurturing strong client relationships.
Proactively managing risks and ensuring compliance.
Driving continuous process improvements.

Skills and Qualifications

Proven 4-5 years experience in a relevant industry with operational management responsibilities.
Strong operational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Resourceful and proactive approach to challenges.
