We are looking for a dynamic Sales Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the right products.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and recommend items based on customer needs.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Process transactions accurately through the POS system.
- Maintained store presentation, restocked shelves, and ensured a clean environment.
- Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Assist in stock management and inventory control.
- Follow company policies and ensure smooth retail operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum Intermediate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience (luxury retail experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
