Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop engaging and visually appealing content (text, images, videos) tailored to each social media platform.
- Social Media Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with business goals.
- Community Management: Monitor, respond to, and engage with comments and messages across platforms to foster community and build relationships.
- Analytics & Reporting: Analyze performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize social media campaigns.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and integrate them into our strategy.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and customer service, to ensure brand consistency and messaging.
- Paid Advertising: Manage social media ad campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance tracking.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Proficient in social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
- Creative thinker with a strong eye for design and branding.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
