We're seeking a dedicated Student Counselor to join our Company. As a Student Counselor, you will play a crucial role in supporting students on their academic journey, providing guidance, advice, and assistance when needed.

Requirements:

Candidates with IELTS/PTE Coaching Experience would be Preferred
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff members
Relevant experience in student counseling or a related field
Empathy and understanding towards students' needs and concerns
Ability to provide personalized guidance and support to help students achieve their goals
Knowledge of academic programs, career pathways, and educational resources
Excellent organizational skills to manage counseling sessions, appointments, and documentation efficiently

Responsibilities:

Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students to discuss academic goals, career aspirations, and personal challenges
Guide course selection, academic planning, and study skills improvement
Offer support and resources to help students overcome obstacles and navigate academic challenges
Stay updated on educational trends, policies, and resources to provide relevant and accurate information to students
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all counseling interactions

Other Requirements:

Bachelor degree in any Law, Business, Marketing, Management, or other fields
Proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal
Minimum 1 year experience in a relevant field will be preferred
Professional attitude and demeanor, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards in all interactions

Salary Package:

Attractive Salary Package will be offered including other incentives
