Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership:

    • Lead and execute the overall strategy for ACCA nationwide, ensuring alignment with global and regional goals.
    • Develop and implement long-term plans to enhance ACCA's market presence and reputation in the country.
    • Lead a team of professionals across various departments, fostering a high-performance culture.
  2. Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government bodies, regulators, educational institutions, employers, and the public.
    • Represent ACCA at national forums, conferences, and events.
    • Develop partnerships with universities and colleges to promote ACCA’s qualification and develop pathways for students.
  3. Financial and Operational Management:

    • Oversee the financial management of ACCA operations nationwide, ensuring efficient resource allocation, budgeting, and financial sustainability.
    • Drive operational excellence by continuously improving processes and systems.
    • Monitor and evaluate the performance of various ACCA activities, ensuring that targets are met.
  4. Brand Development and Marketing:

    • Manage and enhance ACCA's brand image within Pakistan.
    • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote the benefits of ACCA membership and qualifications.
    • Increase ACCA's influence in the professional community by engaging with the media and industry influencers.
  5. Compliance and Governance:

    • Ensure all ACCA operations comply with local regulatory requirements and ACCA’s global standards.
    • Maintain strong governance practices within the organization and oversee compliance with all internal policies and ethical standards.
  6. Membership Growth and Support:

    • Develop strategies to grow the ACCA membership base in Pakistan by attracting new members and providing ongoing support for existing members.
    • Offer career development services to ACCA members and foster a strong community for continuous professional development (CPD).
  7. Education and Training:

    • Oversee the delivery of ACCA qualification courses and training programs.
    • Promote the advancement of accounting and finance education in Pakistan through ACCA’s initiatives.
  8. Reporting and Accountability:

    • Report to regional or global leaders on the performance of the ACCA network in Pakistan, including financial performance, membership growth, and strategic objectives.
    • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on achievements, challenges, and strategic initiatives.
