Key Responsibilities:

Program Development and Management: Design, implement, and oversee university-level programs, ensuring they meet academic standards and align with the institution's mission.
Curriculum Oversight: Collaborate with faculty to develop and update curricula that reflect current academic and industry trends.
Faculty Coordination: Recruit, mentor, and evaluate faculty members, fostering a culture of academic excellence and continuous improvement.
Student Support: Ensure the provision of academic advising and support services to promote student success and retention.
Quality Assurance: Monitor program effectiveness through assessments and feedback, implementing improvements as necessary.
Compliance and Accreditation: Ensure programs comply with educational regulations and maintain necessary accreditations.
Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including industry partners and accrediting bodies, to enhance program relevance and reputation.

Qualifications:

A master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field.
Extensive experience in higher education administration, including program development and faculty management.
Strong understanding of accreditation processes and educational regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
A commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
