Key Responsibilities:
- Program Management: Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of academic programs and initiatives.
- Administrative Support: Manage program budgets, scheduling, and logistics for events, classes, and workshops.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between students, faculty, and external stakeholders; facilitate communication regarding program offerings and updates.
- Student Support: Assist students with program inquiries, registration, and advising; provide resources for academic success.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze program data to assess effectiveness and inform decision-making; prepare reports for stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Work with faculty and staff to coordinate program activities, workshops, and seminars.
- Marketing and Outreach: Develop promotional materials and strategies to increase program visibility and recruitment.
- Compliance: Ensure programs comply with university policies and accreditation standards.
