The candidate will be responsible for:

Overseeing and coordinating all aspects of solar installation projects, ensuring efficient procurement, managing net metering processes, and aligning multiple teams to meet project deadlines and client expectations. This role requires strong organizational skills and technical knowledge of solar systems

Key Responsibilities:

1. Procurement Management:

Identify and source high-quality solar panels, inverters, and other necessary materials. - Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and competitive pricing.

2. Net Metering and Regulatory Compliance:

Handle net metering applications and approvals with relevant authorities.
Ensure all submissions and documentation complies with local regulations and utility requirements.

3. Project Planning and Execution:

Develop project plans, including timelines, resources, and budget allocation.

4. Team Alignment and Coordination:

Align and manage the installation team to ensure effective project execution.

5. Proposal and BOQ Development:

Create comprehensive project proposals and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) based on client needs and site assessments.

6. Client Interaction and Satisfaction:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Address client concerns promptly and ensure high levels of satisfaction with project outcomes.

8. Market Analysis and Cost Management:

Stay updated on current market rates for solar panels and inverters to ensure cost-effective procurement.
Manage project budgets effectively to maximize profitability.
