Rozee is seeking an experienced and highly organized Admin Officer to join our team in Karachi (DHA, Phase 6). The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and at least 10 years of proven experience in office administration. As an Admin Officer, you will play a vital role in overseeing daily office operations, ensuring compliance with safety and legal regulations, and managing relationships with clients and suppliers. You will also supervise a team of five personnel, fostering a productive work environment that supports our organizational objectives. The position requires excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills to navigate various administrative challenges. In this permanent, full-time role, you will report directly to the Manager of Administration. The working hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed. The salary for this position is PKR 180,000 per month, and some travel to our Karachi-Jamshoro site may be required. The Admin Officer is essential for maintaining operational efficiency and supporting the strategic goals of the company, ensuring a safe and compliant workplace for all employees.
Responsibilities

  • Oversee and streamline daily office activities to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct negotiations with clients and suppliers for procurement and service agreements, ensuring the best possible terms.
  • Collect and analyze public safety information to implement appropriate safety measures throughout the office.
  • Manage and resolve legal disputes effectively to safeguard the interests of the organization.
  • Coordinate and oversee visa details for expatriate staff, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Review and ensure all shipment documents are accurate, compliant, and ready for processing.
  • Monitor staff attendance, maintaining accurate records that reflect punctuality and productivity.
  • Supervise operation of security staff to maintain a safe and secure workplace for all employees and visitors.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of vehicle fuel (PoL) usage for accountability and budgeting purposes.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve overall administrative quality and efficiency.
  • Facilitate training and development for junior administrative staff to enhance team skills and performance.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external communications related to administrative functions.
