The Architectural Compliance Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring that all architectural projects adhere to established compliance guidelines and regulations at Rozee. This position involves developing and enforcing project protocols, overseeing compliance with technical approvals, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. The manager is responsible for assessing modification requests, supervising engineering service provider activities, and conducting site inspections to verify adherence to Eighteens standards. While this role does not involve managing a team, it requires strong project management skills and a deep understanding of regulatory compliance in the architectural field. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelors degree in civil or architectural engineering and bring 7-10 years of relevant experience to the table.
Responsibilities

Develop new project protocols and finishing guidelines to aid owners in the completion of their projects.
Oversee all unit ownership changes (resale) and ensure appropriate technical approvals are obtained.
Update protocols based on owner requests that align with Eighteen's guidelines and standards.
Conduct thorough reviews of technical approvals ensuring compliance with Eighteen's Standards to address any violations.
Examine and incorporate post-handover client modification requests to keep project protocols current and relevant.
Maintain accurate records of all documents sent and received to avoid loss of essential official documents.
Review and supervise the work of engineering service providers, addressing any client complaints or escalations promptly.
Perform random site visits to monitor for compliance with project standards and identify any violations.
Meet with clients to discuss their modification requests and assess the validity of their submissions.
Analyze and relay general requests to developers for application to future projects and parcel developments.
Evaluate general modifications concerning budget, process, annex, execution, and handover protocols.
Provide technical support and guidance for customer service, legal matters, community considerations, and contracts across all projects.
Process change of ownership technical approvals post-handover through exterior inspections unless special circumstances necessitate client communication.
Review and maintain permit data and official documents post-handover, ensuring timely updates from the design permits department.
Audit the activities of the engineering service provider post-handover, ensuring all services are performed satisfactorily.
Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for engineering service providers, ensuring they adhere to established guidelines for client satisfaction.
