As a Corporate Sales Executive at Rozee, you play a crucial role in driving business growth by engaging with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and exploring new market opportunities. Your primary responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic sales plans that align with the companys objectives and foster successful client relationships. Although this position does not entail managing a team, you will work closely with the Team Manager to prepare innovative proposals tailored to meet client needs and showcase Rozee's products and services through compelling online demonstrations. Your skills in negotiation, lead generation, and customer relationship management will be essential in closing sales and contributing to the overall success of the company.
Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to uncover potential business opportunities in various markets.
  • Develop, plan, and strategize a comprehensive sales plan for your assigned territory on a monthly basis, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Attend qualified meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions effectively.
  • Conduct thorough online demonstrations of Rozee's products and services to engage clients and convert prospects into customers.
  • Prepare customized proposals for clients that reflect their specific needs, incorporating innovative and unique approaches in collaboration with the Team Manager.
  • Engage in negotiations with clients, ensuring that Rozee's offerings are presented clearly and that mutually beneficial agreements are reached.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with both new and existing clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Participate in events organized or attended by Rozee to network with potential clients and promote the companys offerings.
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to the Team Manager regarding client interactions, meeting outcomes, and other key activities utilizing CRM software effectively.
  • Strive to increase the client base while fostering excellent relationships with current clients to drive repeat business and referral opportunities.
