Rozee is seeking a dedicated and skilled CRM Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in maintaining and enhancing our customer relationships, crucial for driving our business in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Customer Relationship Management and will have strong data analysis skills to interpret customer data effectively. The CRM Executive will utilize platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zoho CRM to implement and streamline our CRM processes. Additionally, the selected candidate will be expected to manage a team of 20 individuals, providing leadership and guidance to ensure the team's performance aligns with our strategic objectives. The candidate should have a solid background in the real estate industry, allowing for informed decision-making and execution of CRM initiatives, which ultimately drive customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development and implementation of effective CRM strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention rates within the real estate industry.
  • Manage a team of 20 CRM professionals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment while providing guidance and support.
  • Analyze customer data using platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zoho CRM to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for team members to strengthen their knowledge and skills in CRM tools and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records to ensure consistency and reliability in our interactions with clients.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to integrate CRM strategies with broader business initiatives.
  • Utilize analytical thinking to assess CRM performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Engage with clients directly to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring that our CRM efforts align with customer feedback.
  • Lead special projects aimed at optimizing CRM processes or introducing new technologies that enhance customer interactions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in CRM technologies to keep the organization's practices relevant and competitive.
