The QA/QC Manager at Rozee is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing quality assurance and control processes within the automotive spare parts sector. This position requires a thorough understanding of the quality standards and regulations governing the industry. The manager will lead a team of 10 professionals, mentoring and supporting them to uphold high-performance standards. Through effective leadership and a keen focus on quality, the QA/QC Manager will ensure that all products meet established quality specifications and fulfill customer expectations while driving initiatives for continuous improvement in product quality and production efficiency.
Responsibilities

Oversee the implementation of quality assurance strategies and control measures for automotive spare parts to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Conduct regular inspections and audits, systematically testing products at various stages of production to ascertain they conform to quality specifications.
Lead and mentor the QA/QC team by providing training, resources, and support, ensuring that team members are equipped to maintain high-quality performance levels.
Identify non-conformities and quality issues, utilizing problem-solving techniques to conduct root cause analyses and implement effective corrective actions promptly.
Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality and increasing production efficiency across operations.
Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of all quality control activities, ensuring traceability and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Prepare and present regular quality performance reports to senior management, highlighting trends, recommendations, and the status of ongoing quality initiatives.
Coordinate with other departments to foster a cohesive approach to quality management, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Stay updated with the latest industry developments, standards, and best practices related to quality assurance and control within the automotive industry.
