Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business and merchandising plans.
- Analyze market trends and manage product placement.
- Expand business and customer base by engaging new customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
- Negotiate effectively and lead projects to achieve business objectives.
Required Skills and Attributes:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in textile and apparel merchandising.
- Excellent English communication skills for effective interactions.
- Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with CRM systems preferred or willingness to learn.
- Strong sales acumen, strategic planning, and project management skills.
- Highly organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
Work Schedule:
Days: Monday to Friday, with two half-day Saturdays and two full Saturdays off each month (flexible for exceptional needs).
Morning Shift: (9 AM to 5:30 PM)
