We are looking for a competent and skilled IT Help Desk Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 Years of experience in an IT support role, with a strong background in providing help desk support and deploying cloud systems.

Skills required:

Proficient in setting up and managing email accounts, calendars, and corporate directories.
Experience deploying and managing cloud systems such as Shared Drive, Monday.com, and Slack.
Deployment and maintenance of website.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

Provide IT support and troubleshooting assistance as part of the help desk team.
Set up and manage email accounts and calendars for corporate users.
Establish and maintain an online corporate directory.
Deploy and manage cloud systems, including Shared Drive, Monday.com, and Slack.
Support staff to resolve technical issues and improve system functionality.
Maintain website & hosting/renewals.
