We are seeking an experienced and innovative Product Development Manager to lead our food line projects, overseeing end-to-end product development from concept to launch. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the food industry, a passion for product innovation, and strong project management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Drive product innovation and development aligned with market trends and consumer preferences.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and marketing, to execute successful product launches.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for all development projects.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for new products and improvements.
- Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure products meet food safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in product development within the food industry.
- Education: Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the food industry.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
