We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive manner, and a drive to meet sales targets. As a Telemarketing Manager, you will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to prospective customers, and converting leads into sales and controlling a team. You will also follow up with existing customers to upsell products or services and maintain relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and other lead generation activities.
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products or services.
- Explain product features and benefits to customers and answer any questions they may have.
- Persuade customers to make a purchase or schedule a meeting with a sales representative.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads and existing customers to nurture relationships and close sales.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities.
