We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's culture, managing talent, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with local labor laws and company values.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Manage employee relations, address grievances, and promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Plan and execute employee development and training programs to enhance skills and productivity.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and fairness.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Lead performance management and appraisal processes to drive employee engagement and growth.
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics and key performance indicators to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with management to address organizational and staffing needs.
  • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • At least 6-8 years’ experience in the related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR role in a dynamic and diverse organization.
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align HR practices with organizational goals.
  • Certification in HR management (e.g., SHRM or HRCI) is a plus.
