We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's culture, managing talent, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with local labor laws and company values.
Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Manage employee relations, address grievances, and promote a positive workplace culture.
Plan and execute employee development and training programs to enhance skills and productivity.
Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and fairness.
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
Lead performance management and appraisal processes to drive employee engagement and growth.
Monitor and report on HR metrics and key performance indicators to inform decision-making.
Collaborate with management to address organizational and staffing needs.
Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
At least 6-8 years’ experience in the related field.
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR role in a dynamic and diverse organization.
Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Proficiency in HR software and tools.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Strategic mindset with the ability to align HR practices with organizational goals.
Certification in HR management (e.g., SHRM or HRCI) is a plus.
