Seeking a creative Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in administrative tasks while also possessing some interest or expertise in graphic design, video editing, and social media management.

This role requires a proactive individual, ideallly with little to no experience of using Photoshop, Canva, Premier Pro video editing and other design tools. Ideally should possess strong writing skills for blog writing and website content creation.

Graphic Design & Branding: Create visually appealing graphics for social media, presentations, and marketing materials using Photoshop, Canva, and other design tools.
Video Editing: Edit and enhance video content for marketing, promotions, and social media platforms.
Content Creation: Write and edit blog posts, social media captions, and website content.
Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and monitor social media posts across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Marketing Support: Assist with online campaigns, email marketing, and branding initiatives.
Research & Trend Analysis: Stay up to date with industry trends and suggest creative content strategies.

Other Duties: Provide support as needed on various tasks.

Ideally some experience as a Virtual Assistant, Graphic Designer, or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva, and other relevant design/editing tools.
Strong video editing skills for social media and marketing purposes.
Excellent written communication skills for blog writing and social media content.
Experience with social media management and planning posts.
Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
High attention to detail and a strong creative eye.
