We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Hospitality and Event Manager to oversee the daily operations of our properties and provide exceptional guest experiences. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in hospitality and event management, familiarity with online booking platforms like Booking.com, Airbnb, and others, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities:

Manage online bookings, including accepting reservations, responding to inquiries, and coordinating availability across platforms like Booking.com, Airbnb, and other online booking channels.
Conduct check-ins and check-outs, ensuring smooth and seamless experiences for guests.
Provide a warm welcome to guests upon arrival, give property tours, and offer orientation to familiarize them with facilities, amenities, and services.
Coordinate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms and event spaces are prepared to high standards before guest arrival.
Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly and professionally to maintain high guest satisfaction.
Assist in organizing events, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
Monitor and manage guest reviews, providing feedback and responding professionally to ensure a positive brand image.
Keep records of all bookings, check-ins, check-outs, and any other guest interactions for reporting purposes.

Requirements:

Previous experience in hospitality, event management, or customer service roles.
Proficiency with online booking platforms such as Booking.com, Airbnb, and similar tools.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with property management software.
Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and experiences to offer guest recommendations.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.t.
