The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling visual content for our social media platforms and marketing campaigns. This role aims to generate leads for new students and assist the sales team in reaching their targets through effective advertising.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Visual Content: Create eye-catching images, graphics, and videos for social media posts, stories, and advertisements.
- Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and execute content strategies across various social media platforms to enhance brand presence and engagement.
- Lead Generation: Design and implement campaigns to attract potential students and convert them into leads.
- Advertising Support: Assist the sales team by designing promotional materials that support their sales targets and objectives.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual content aligns with the school's branding guidelines and maintains a consistent look and feel.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media performance, analyze metrics, and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns. Reporting via daily verbal meetings and daily email reports is a big requirement. Good English speaking and writing skills is a requirement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Social Media and Graphic Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Has a good camera and phone to take good image/videos.
- Required to bring in their own laptop for work.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills. English proficiency is a MUST.
- Creativity and an eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Report to higher management verbally and daily email reporting.
- Meet targets set by higher management.
Compensation:
Competitive salary with potential for bonuses based on performance after probation of 3 months.
