Quality Control Officer

We are looking for a QC officer for our Quality Control Department. The Candidate is responsible for coordinating and ensuring incoming materials and finished product quality testing, data collection for reporting purpose, performing sensory evaluation, conducting laboratory tests, monitoring and improving quality control systems. Also needs to ensure product quality specifications are met and coordinate with relevant stockholders to operate as per standards of Food Safety, HACCP, BRCGS & ISO 22000.

Requirements:

Minimum Education: Bachelors
Must be a food technologist or have a background in Microbiology or chemistry.
Experience of up to 6 months to 1 year in the Food industry or related industry
Must have prior knowledge of HACCP and other food safety standards
Lab experience would be preferred

Key Responsibilities:

To perform all Compliance and Testing as per the requirement of ISO Certifications
Maintain all documentation of Quality and Safety Certifications
Handle & provide support to operations in any frozen product complaints
Maintaining in-house Lab Testing & its upkeep.
Testing and examining samples and writing reports
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards of process, packaging, and storage areas and highlight any deviation

Salary: Starting from Rs. 50,000 per month
