ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE ORGANIZATION

Assists and support the Research & MEAL Department with the following tasks and activities; Interns will be responsible for:

Assisting in the design and implementation of research projects.
Conducting literature reviews and synthesizing relevant information.
Design and lead the performance indicators and data collection to assess project impact.
Conduct rigorous qualitative and quantitative data analysis using appropriate tools and techniques.
Collaborate with team members to interpret research findings and provide actionable insights.
Developing in the writing of research papers for impact factor or HEC journals.
Participating in the development of monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
Independently prepare high-quality research reports, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to organizational standards.
Actively participate in and potentially lead training sessions, seminars, and workshops organized by the organization.

Note: The terms of reference may be subject to modification based on the specific needs of ongoing projects and the organization's requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS

Graduate or Post-graduate and last year in Social Sciences or any other related discipline.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Previous experience in tools development, survey data collection, data analysis software, and tools is preferred but not mandatory.
Willingness to travel within the assigned areas for data collection.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with humanitarian and development issues is an asset.
