As a Business Development Executive, your primary responsibility will be to initiate and nurture business relationships through cold calling. You will play a crucial role in driving new client acquisition and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients and generate leads for marketing services.
- Introduce SED Marketing Agency's services and offerings in a compelling manner.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for further business discussions.
- Follow up with leads, build rapport, and close deals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and goals.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in the CRM system.
- Provide regular feedback and market insights to help improve business strategies.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism in all interactions.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Previous experience in cold calling or sales is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong persuasive and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic understanding of marketing services and the ability to explain them effectively.
- Comfortable working in night shifts (7:00 PM - 4:00 AM).
- A proactive attitude and strong work ethic.
