We are looking for a versatile Social Media Content Creator & Marketing Specialist to lead the promotion of our upcoming health and fitness app. In this role, you'll take full ownership of our social media presence and marketing campaigns. Your primary responsibilities will include creating, designing, or outsourcing daily content for our social media channels, as well as developing and implementing effective marketing strategies. Given the size of our team, you’ll need to be hands-on, resourceful, and capable of working independently. We prefer a long term collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Management:
Create and design engaging content that resonates with our target audience in the health and fitness space.
Manage multiple daily posts across all social media platforms.
When necessary, outsource content creation, ensuring it aligns with our brand.
Proficiency in design tools to create eye-catching social media creatives is highly desirable.
Influencer Marketing:
Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers who align with our brand in the health and fitness space.
Negotiate and handle influencer marketing deals to maximize our reach.
Paid User Acquisition (Bonus):
Experience with running and optimizing paid user acquisition campaigns across social media platforms is a strong plus.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media content creation and management, especially in the context of app launches.
Skills:
Strong writing and editing skills.
Proficiency in social media platforms and their respective best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to details.

Working Conditions:
Hours: Expected hours are 20 to 30 hours/week (negotiable).
Schedule: Fully flexible; choose to work whenever you want, as best suit your personal and family life.
Communication: Our team is international, and communication is mostly asynchronous due to time zone differences and each team member’s preferred working schedule. We communicate primarily via Telegram and emails.
Project and Task Monitoring: Trello for project management, daily reports via email, and time tracking with Toggl.
Meetings: Weekly/monthly meetings conducted via Zoom.
