We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Call Agent to join our US Base team. The primary responsibility of this role is to contact potential and existing customers, book their vehicles for shipping, and provide excellent service throughout the process. If you have strong communication skills and a passion for helping people, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to book auto transport services.
Answer incoming calls from customers inquiring about our services.
Provide accurate information about our transport options, pricing, and process.
Schedule vehicle pickups and deliveries according to customer preferences and availability.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and bookings.
Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and address any concerns.
Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate transport details.
Achieve and exceed monthly booking targets and performance goals.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or sales is a plus.
Proven experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the transport or logistics industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software.
A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
