We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media / LinkedIn Marketing Expert to drive our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills and hands-on experience in creating, managing, and optimizing social media and LinkedIn campaigns to generate brand awareness and qualified leads.
As a key part of our marketing team, you will help build the online presence of Servinz and support the brand-building efforts of our leadership, including Zain Jeewanjee, across LinkedIn and other platforms.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media marketing strategy aligned with Servinz’s brand identity.
Manage and optimize Servinz’s LinkedIn Company Page and social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
Plan and run organic and paid LinkedIn campaigns focused on brand awareness and lead generation.
Create high-quality content, including posts, carousels, videos, stories, and client highlights.
Build and maintain brand presence on LinkedIn through storytelling, leadership content, and engagement.
Design basic visuals using tools like Canva or coordinate with graphic designers when needed.
Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare monthly performance reports.
Research industry trends and competitors to develop fresh marketing ideas.
Collaborate with the internal team to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Maintain a consistent posting schedule and timely responses to engagement.
Continuously optimize campaigns for maximum reach, engagement, and lead generation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience (minimum 1 yearaging LinkedIn marketing and social media accounts professionally.
Strong English skills — must be able to write professional, grammatically correct posts and communicate.
Expertise in content creation, LinkedIn Ads management, and basic graphic design (Canva or similar).
Excellent understanding of social media analytics and performance optimization.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Knowledge of CRM tools like Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or ClickUp is a plus.
Prior experience working in the staffing, recruiting, or insurance industry (preferred but not mandatory).
