We’re looking for a reliable and detail-focused Quality Control to manage the final steps of our customer experience—ensuring every order leaves our hands looking perfect and arrives on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Quality Check: Inspect jewelry items for defects or issues before packaging
- Label Creation: Generate and print shipping labels using courier platforms (Trax & TCS)
- Packing: Neatly pack orders in branded packaging while ensuring correct items and sizes
- Dispatch: Coordinate with delivery partners for timely pickups and shipments
- Order Tracking: Monitor and update order statuses; follow up on delayed shipments
- Returns Handling: Receive, inspect, and process returned items as per policy
- Maintain accurate records of dispatched and returned items in Excel or internal systems
- Collaborate with customer service and inventory teams to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
- Prior experience in warehouse/dispatch/logistics roles (1+ years preferred)
- Strong attention to detail, especially with quality checking and packing
- Basic computer skills; experience using Excel for tracking orders
- Familiarity with shipping platforms and eCommerce tools (Shopify, Trax, TCS, etc.)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
